Play, LLC was thrilled when Kilpatrick Townsend reached out with the ask to create an animated video around the 2020 holidays. KT has scripted the story, which was heart-warming, inspiring and conveyed the firm’s financial donation to a national non-profit. Play and Dani Lou Illustrates brought the story to life by imaging the characters, storybook feel and picturesque, snowy scenes.

Dani Lou started with character development, creating a lovable pup with a warm, winter coat and soulful eyes. The pup starts out on a long, arduous journey through snow-filled hills, birch tree forests, icy streams and travels all day and all night with its sled carrying baskets of food. A little red cardinal helps the dog on its way, and they finally arrive at the cabin in the woods to deliver food. KT’s donation to Feeding America for 2020 is displayed at the end to tie into the concept for the animation.
