PROJECT

Red Clay Development Partners is a residential real estate firm specializing in the development, acquisition, disposition and management of multi-family communities. The partners were in search of a brand identity, website and marketing collateral that would appeal to investors and partners, alike.

RESEARCH

Jack, Bryan and Harris are strong believers that if you can’t find the community you want to be apart of, sometimes you have to roll up your sleeves and build it yourself! They were in search of a brand concept that centered around their company ethos of building community and partnerships. The team was also interested in a logo that stood out from the competition, and was visually clean with a slightly rustic look.

VISUAL ID

A ‘rustic-refined’ brand was chosen for a look that was clean, with a touch of rustic to reflect the act of building.

An earthy, neutral color palette was selected to stand out from the competitive landscape.

Geometric blocks represent the foundation of building communities and the partnership within the business itself.

The combination of angular condensed font with a rounded font for the brand typography gives a welcoming, confident, while slightly vintage look to the brand.
